In addition, SCL deliver apprenticeships and workforce development programmes, nationwide through SCL Professional; the Group’s newest organisation, unlocking potential and empowering people to transform teams.
Following an in-depth review across both organisations which focused on the quality of delivery, whilst concentrating on the effectiveness of leadership and management and outcomes for learners, SCL were delighted to be awarded the grade, Significant Progress.
Feedback detailed that: “Leaders and managers are passionate about supporting learners and apprentices to become increasingly confident, reflective and competent in their chosen career.”
This achievement positions SCL within a very small percentage of providers who have achieved Significant Progress, during what has been one of the most challenging periods in recent history; as we continue to have a positive impact on all learners and within the communities we serve.
